Liquidators must file and deliver prescribed returns, accounts, documents and notices; if a liquidator fails to remedy a default within fourteen days after service of a notice, the Tribunal may, on application by a contributory, creditor or the Registrar, order the liquidator to make good the default within a specified time. Such an order may require the liquidator to bear all costs of the application, and this remedy does not affect other enactments imposing penalties for the default.
