The magistrate may issue a warrant authorising a police officer (not below sub inspector) to enter, search and seize records and property believed to be kept at any place; seized items must be handed to the new board or to the liquidator, and all search and seizure actions must comply with the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.</description>
