Notices, summonses and other documents under the Company Court Rules may be served personally, on the party's advocate, or by pre-paid registered post for acknowledgment due; if registered post lacks an addressee's acknowledgment, the Court decides sufficiency or further steps. Service on classes of persons may be by registered post or ordinary post under certificate of posting and is deemed effected when delivery would occur in the ordinary course of post unless the Court orders otherwise. Service on the Central Government must be to the Secretary, Department of Company Law Administration, or an authorised officer, and service abroad may be by pre-paid air-mail registered post subject to Court orders.
