    <description>The Registrar may, upon reasonable belief that a company is not carrying on business, send sequential notices and, if unanswered, publish a Gazette notice proposing to strike the company off the register; after the notice period the Registrar may strike the company off and publish dissolution, subject to continuation of directors&#039; and members&#039; liabilities and the Tribunal&#039;s power to wind up. Aggrieved companies, members or creditors may apply to the Tribunal within the statutory restoration period for restoration and directions to place parties as nearly as possible as if the name had not been struck off.</description>
