    <description>Every order made under section 5 and every rule made by the Central Government must be laid before each House of Parliament for a total period of thirty days in session; if both Houses subsequently agree to modify or annul the order or rule before the expiry of the next session, it will thereafter operate only as modified or be of no effect, without prejudice to the validity of anything previously done under it.</description>
