    <description>Buyer&#039;s right to examine delivered goods preserves non-acceptance until the buyer has had a reasonable opportunity to inspect them for conformity with the contract. Where goods are delivered which the buyer has not previously examined, the buyer is not deemed to have accepted them unless and until such an opportunity has been afforded. Unless otherwise agreed, when the seller tenders delivery, he must, on request, afford the buyer a reasonable opportunity to examine the goods for that purpose.</description>
