<title>Change in constitution of any firm or a company</title>
    <link>https://www.taxtmi.com/acts?id=1431</link>
<description>Regulation 15 requires firms or companies holding a Customs House Agent licence to report any change in constitution to the Principal Commissioner or Commissioner and apply for a fresh licence within sixty days; the authority may grant a fresh licence if no adverse matter exists, and may permit continued business pending decision. If a licence lapses due to death or retirement of the designated person, the firm may replace that person with a partner, director or employee who has passed the regulation 8 examination, or authorize a &#039;G&#039; card holder to pass the examination within two years while continuing operations with approval.</description>
