<title>Procedure for claiming drawback on goods exported by post</title>
    <link>https://www.taxtmi.com/acts?id=1408</link>
<description>Exporters must mark parcels &quot;DRAWBACK EXPORT&quot; and submit a quadruplicate claim in the prescribed Annexure to the Postal Authority. Customs receipt of that claim from postal authorities is deemed to be the date of filing; an incomplete claim triggers a deficiency memo within fifteen days and is treated as not received for the deemed filing rule. If deficiencies are corrected within thirty days, customs issues an acknowledgement and its date is deemed to be the date of filing.</description>
