<title>Suspension of Letter of Approval and Transfer of Special Economic Zone in Certain Cases</title>
    <link>https://www.taxtmi.com/acts?id=796</link>
<description>The Board may suspend the letter of approval of a Developer who fails to perform duties, breaches directions or terms, or is financially incapable, after giving at least three months&#039; notice and considering any cause shown. On suspension the Board serves a notice, may appoint an Administrator to manage the SEZ and vest management in the Administrator for up to one year or until transfer. The Board may alternatively impose further terms on the letter, cancel the Administrator if appropriate, invite applications and select an eligible transferee, require transfer of the letter, and provide interim arrangements and directions to protect export, unit, or public interests.</description>
