of <h1>Jaycee Research Foundation Approved for Scientific Research Funding Under Section 35(1)(ii) of Income-tax Act 1961</h1> The Jaycee Research Foundation in New Delhi has been approved by the Department of Science & Technology under section 35(1)(ii) of the Income-tax Act, 1961, for scientific research in natural and applied sciences, excluding agriculture, animal husbandry, fisheries, and medicine. The foundation must maintain separate accounts for funds received for research and submit annual returns of its activities and financial statements to the prescribed authority and the Commissioner of Income-tax by April 30 each year. This approval is valid from December 11, 1981, to December 10, 1984.
