Updates Export Rules References under Central Excise Rules, 2002</h1> Notification No. 30/2003-CE(N.T.), dated April 4, 2003, amends Notification No. 46/2001-CE(N.T.) concerning the removal of goods to a warehouse for export. The amendment, made under the Central Excise Rules, 2002, changes references in the original notification. Specifically, it updates the wording from 'Rules, 2001' to 'Rules, 2001 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules)' and modifies the reference from 'rule 19 of the said Rules' to 'rule 18 of the said rules to Nepal and rule 19 of the said rules to all countries.'
