of <h1>Central Government Amends Notification for Inter-Warehousing Movement of Petroleum Products Under Rule 49 and Rule 139</h1> The Central Government has amended Notification No. 266/67-Central Excise to include Village Alindra, Taluk Savli, District Vadodara, Gujarat, in the inter-warehousing movement of petroleum products. This amendment is made under sub-rule (2) of rule 49 and rule 139 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944. The principal notification was initially published in the Gazette of India on November 28, 1967, and was last amended on February 10, 2000. The current amendment aims to facilitate the movement of petroleum products to and from the specified location in Gujarat.
