Specifically, the amendments replace previous references to specific heading and sub-heading numbers for processed textile fabrics of cotton or man-made fibers with new numbers in both paragraph 1 and paragraph 2, clause (c). The updated headings and sub-headings now include numbers such as 5806.10, 5806.40, 6001.12, 6001.22, and others as listed in the First Schedule.
