of <h1>DLF Akruti Infopark gets approval for IT Special Economic Zone in Pune under SEZ Act, 2005.</h1> DLF Akruti Infopark (Pune) Limited in Maharashtra has proposed to establish a sector-specific Special Economic Zone (SEZ) for information technology and IT-enabled services at Plot No. 28, Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation, Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, Hinjewadi, Phase-III, Pune. The Central Government, satisfied with the compliance of the necessary requirements under the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005, granted approval on June 20, 2007. Consequently, the government officially notifies the designated area of 10.33 hectares as a Special Economic Zone under the relevant provisions of the Act and rules.
