This project, conducted by the National Society for Equal Opportunities for The Handicapped India (NASEOH), was initially recognized in 1998 for three years and is now extended for another three years starting from the assessment year 2003-2004. The project involves an estimated cost of fifteen lakhs plus a corpus fund of fifty lakhs and is deemed to be executed properly by the National Committee.
