of <h1>Corrigendum amends Notification No. 233/2002 to correct institution's name under Section 10(23C)(iv) of Income-tax Act, 1961.</h1> The corrigendum dated 13th December 2002 amends Notification No. 233/2002 concerning an institution's name under the Income-tax Act, 1961. The Central Government corrects the name from 'Krishnamurthy Foundation, Chennai' to 'Krishnamurti Foundation India, Chennai' as per Section 10(23C)(iv) of the Act. All other details in the original notification remain unchanged.
