The term 'energy' is removed from a specific policy provision, and a minimum value addition of 5% is required for Domestic Tariff Area (DTA) units in bonded warehouses, not applicable to Special Economic Zone (SEZ) units. These changes affect duties on goods imported under transferred DFIAs and advance authorizations for energy imports.
