of <h1>India Rescinds Anti-Dumping Duty on Trimethoprim as per Notification No. 6/2008-Customs; Repeals 2002 Order.</h1> The Government of India, through the Ministry of Finance, has issued Notification No. 6/2008-Customs, dated January 8, 2008, which rescinds Notification No. 89/2002-Customs, dated September 3, 2002. This earlier notification imposed an anti-dumping duty on Trimethoprim under sub-heading 2933.59. The rescission is made under the powers granted by the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, and relevant rules, except for actions taken or omitted before this rescission.
