of <h1>India Extends Anti-Dumping Duty on Chinese Mulberry Raw Silk Until 2009 Under Customs Tariff Act, 1975</h1> The Government of India has amended Notification No. 106/2003-Customs, dated July 10, 2003, concerning the imposition of anti-dumping duty on Mulberry Raw Silk originating from China. The designated authority initiated a review on December 14, 2007, to consider the continuation of this duty. The amendment extends the anti-dumping duty for one year, until January 1, 2009, pending the review's completion. This extension is enacted under the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, and relevant rules. The notification will remain effective unless revoked earlier.
