of <h1>Amendment to Foreign Trade Policy: 1,000 Metric Tons of Milk Powder Export to Bangladesh Approved Under ITC (HS) Code 04021010.</h1> The Central Government has amended Paragraph 3 of Notification No. 45 dated 9.2.2007 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-09. This amendment, effective immediately, exempts certain exports from restrictions. Specifically, it allows the export of 1,000 metric tons of milk powder under ITC (HS) Code 04021010 to Bangladesh by a specified cooperative in Gujarat. This decision is made in the public interest and is issued under the authority of the Director General of Foreign Trade.
