of <h1>Amended Notification No. 62/94 (NT) allows Muldwarka to unload specific imports and load exports under Customs Act, 1962.</h1> The Government of India, through the Ministry of Finance, has amended Notification No. 62/94 (NT) - Customs, originally dated November 21, 1994. This amendment, effective from September 5, 2007, modifies the table related to Gujarat in the notification. Specifically, for Muldwarka, the entry now allows for the unloading of imported coal, petroleum coke, furnace oil, gypsum, and scrap rubber tyres unsuitable for retreading. Additionally, it permits the loading of clinker and cement for export. This change is authorized under the Customs Act, 1962, and is recorded under Notification No. 91/2007 (N.T.).
