This project, executed by a specified hospital organization in Gujarat, was initially approved for three years starting from the assessment year 1998-99 and extended for another three years from 2001-2002. Due to its ongoing nature and proper execution, the National Committee recommended a further extension for three more years, starting from the assessment year 2004-2005, with an estimated cost of INR 2.7 crores plus a corpus fund of INR 1 crore.
