of <h1>Central Government Amends Enterprise Name Under Section 10(23G) of Income Tax Act; Skycell is Now Bharti Mobinet</h1> Notification No. 46 of 2003, dated March 4, 2003, issued by the Central Government, amends the name of an enterprise in accordance with clause (23G) of section 10 of the Income Tax Act, 1961. The change reflects the renaming of M/s Skycell Communications Ltd. to M/s Bharti Mobinet Ltd., following the issuance of a new certificate of incorporation on October 3, 2001. The enterprise, involved in providing cellular mobile telephone services in specified areas, is now officially recognized under the new name as per the license agreement dated November 30, 1994, with the Department of Communication.
