References in Gazette</h1> Corrigendum Notification No. 252 of 2004, dated 30th September 2004, issued by the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) under the Central Board of Direct Taxes, amends a previous notification (S.O.812(E) dated 14th July 2004). The corrections include changing '(8th Amendment)' to '(9th Amendment)' on page 9, line 19, and revising 'S.O.No.434(E) dated the 31st March, 2004' to 'S.O.No.514(E) dated the 20th April, 2004' on page 17, line 11, in the Gazette of India Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii).
