Road, Kolkata' under section 10(23C)(v) of the Income-tax Act, 1961, for assessment years 2003-2004 to 2005-2006. The notification imposes conditions: the income must be applied exclusively to its objectives; funds must be invested as specified in Section 11(5); business income must be incidental with separate accounts; regular income tax returns must be filed; and upon dissolution, surplus assets must be transferred to a similar charitable organization.
