of <h1>India Updates Import Rules: ITC (HS) Classifications Amended, Items Removed from Appendix III, Schedule I.</h1> The Government of India, through the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, has issued Notification No. 21/(RE-2003)/2002-07, amending the ITC (HS) Classifications of Export and Import Items for 2002-2007. Under the authority of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992, a new note is added to Appendix III of Schedule I (Imports). This amendment follows the withdrawal of specific public notices by the Ministry of Steel, resulting in the deletion of items listed from Serial No. 77 to 109. The notification is issued in the public interest by the Director General of Foreign Trade.
