of <h1>India Updates Export-Import List: Two Companies Added Under ITC (HS) Notification No. 18 (RE-2003)/2002-2007</h1> The Government of India, under the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, has issued Notification No. 18 (RE-2003)/2002-2007, amending the ITC (HS) Classifications of Export and Import Items for 2002-2007. Pursuant to the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992, the amendments include the addition of two companies to the list in Appendix 5B of a previous notification dated March 31, 2003. The newly added companies are Fertilizers and Chemicals Travancore Ltd., Cochin, and Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizer Company Ltd., Bharuch. This notification is issued in the public interest.
