<h1>India Adds New Agencies for Onion Export as State Trading Enterprises Under ITC(HS) Amendment</h1> The Government of India, through the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, has issued a notification designating additional agencies as State Trading Enterprises for the export of onions. This decision, effective immediately, amends the ITC(HS) Classifications of Export and Import Items for 2002-2007. The newly designated agencies include the West Bengal Essential Commodities Supply Corporation Ltd., MP State Agro Industries Development Corporation, and Karnataka State Produce Processing and Export Corporation. These agencies will adhere to the same terms and conditions as previously notified State Trading Enterprises. This measure is issued in the public interest.
