of <h1>Government Revises Export and Import Policy 2002-07; Amendments Effective April 1, 2003, Under Foreign Trade Act 1992</h1> The Central Government has announced the revised Export and Import Policy (Exim Policy) for the period 2002-07, effective from April 1, 2003. This notification, issued under the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992, and in line with the Export and Import Policy, 2002-07, details the amendments made to the policy. The changes are intended to serve the public interest. The notification is signed by the Director General of Foreign Trade, who also serves as the Ex-Officio Additional Secretary to the Government of India.
