Foreign Trade Policy notification: Revised Export and Import Policy 2002 07 takes effect, implementing amendments from April first. The Central Government, under Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992, notifies the Export and Import Policy, 2002-07 as amended and contained in the Annexure; the revised Exim Policy is declared to come into force on 1 April 2003 and is issued in the public interest.
