of <h1>Central Government Deletes Licensing Notes in ITC(HS) for Chapters 84-98; Public Notice 290(PN) Withdrawn</h1> The Central Government has amended the ITC(HS) Classifications of Export and Import Items, 1997-2002, by deleting licensing note no. 2 at the end of chapters 84, 86, 87, 88, 89, 90, 91, 92, 93, 94, 95, 96, and 98. Additionally, Public Notice No. 290(PN) dated 30.04.95, associated with licensing note no. 3 to chapter 85, is withdrawn, and the note is deleted. These changes, issued under the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992, are made in the public interest.
