This decision follows the findings of a review by the designated authority, which concluded that NBR from Japan was being dumped in India at below-normal value, causing injury to the domestic industry. The imposed duty is calculated as the difference between a specified amount of US$ 2088 per metric tonne and the landed value of imports. The duty is payable in Indian currency, with the exchange rate determined by the Ministry of Finance's notifications.
