of <h1>India Imposes Final Anti-Dumping Duty on Phosphoric Acid Imports from China to Protect Local Industry</h1> The Central Government of India has imposed a final anti-dumping duty on imports of technical grade phosphoric acid from China. This decision follows findings that the product was exported to India below its normal value, causing material injury to the Indian industry. The duty, set at US $121 per metric tonne, applies to phosphoric acid with a purity of 85% or higher and arsenic content not exceeding 15 parts per million. The duty is effective retroactively from May 10, 2001, and is payable in Indian currency, with exchange rates determined by the Ministry of Finance.
