This decision follows findings that the product was being exported to India below its normal value, causing financial harm to the domestic industry due to price depression. The duty, effective from March 27, 2002, is calculated based on the difference between specified amounts and the landed value in US dollars per metric tonne. The duty applies to imports by specified exporters and is set to remain in force until March 26, 2008, unless revoked earlier.
