of <h1>India Imposes Anti-Dumping Duty on Turkish Acrylic Fiber to Protect Local Industry, Effective November 15, 1999.</h1> This notification enforces an anti-dumping duty on acrylic fiber imported from Turkey, following findings that the fiber was sold in India below its normal value, causing material injury to the domestic industry. The duty is imposed under the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, based on final findings by the designated authority, effective from November 15, 1999. The duty rates are specified for different exporters, including 9.6 Rupees per kg for M/s. AKSA Ahrilih Kimya Sanayi Corp and 16.41 Rupees per kg for M/s. Yalova Elayel or any other producer/exporter.
