of <h1>India Continues Anti-Dumping Duties on PHPG Base Imports from Singapore to Protect Domestic Industry</h1> The notification addresses the continuation of anti-dumping duties on imports of D (-) Para Hydroxy Phenyl Glycine Base (PHPG Base) from Singapore. Initially imposed in 2002, a mid-term review in 2006 confirmed that these imports were below normal value, causing harm to the domestic industry. Consequently, the anti-dumping duty was continued to prevent further injury, with a specified rate of $11.25 per kilogram. This duty applies to all grades of PHPG Base imported from Singapore and is payable in Indian currency. The notification was effective until February 14, 2008, unless revoked earlier.
