of <h1>Amendment Excludes Certain Chinese Vitrified and Porcelain Tiles from Anti-Dumping Duties; Effective September 30, 2004</h1> The notification addresses the imposition of anti-dumping duties on imports of vitrified and porcelain tiles from China and the UAE into India. Initially, these imports were found to be below normal value, causing injury to the Indian industry, leading to definitive anti-dumping duties. However, following a review request by certain Chinese producers and exporters, it was determined that their export prices were above normal value during the investigation period. Consequently, the Central Government amended the previous notification to exclude these specific imports from anti-dumping duties, effective from September 30, 2004.
