of <h1>Amendment to Customs Notification: New Product-Specific Rules for Thailand Free Trade Agreement, Deletes Early Harvest Scheme Items.</h1> The Central Government amended Customs Notification No. 101/04 regarding the Free Trade Agreement with Thailand, effective November 24, 2004. The amendment includes a corrigendum to the Product Specific Rule in Annexure A, adding a new item: tubes or pipe fittings (HS 7307), specifically threaded elbows, bends, and sleeves (HS 730792). The rule requires a change at the 4-digit H.S. level with a minimum local value-added content of 20%. Additionally, the list of 82 items under the 'Interim Rules of Origin for Early Harvest Scheme' has been deleted.
