This notification supersedes the previous notification No. 65/2009-Customs (NT) dated June 15, 2009. Ms. Indrani Dutta Majumder has been appointed as the Director General (Specific Safeguard) under the Customs Tariff (Transitional Product Specific Safeguard Duty) Rules, 2002.
