Initially notified in 2007 and extended in 2009, the project is now approved for an additional three years, covering the financial years 2012-13, 2013-14, and 2014-15. The project remains at an approved cost of Rs. 6.69 crore, following a recommendation by the National Committee for Promotion of Social and Economic Welfare, confirming its proper execution.
