Tax incentive eligibility extension for disability association schemes; extension granted but no certificate for the lapsed initial year. The Central Government notifies extension of eligibility for the Association of People with Disability's schemes-Training and Employment (urban & rural), Rural Education, Horticulture Training Unit and Rehabilitation & Mobility Aids-for a further three-year period commencing with financial year 2011-12, without change to the approved project cost, following recommendation by the National Committee; however, no certificate shall be issued for the lapsed initial year of that extended period.
