Anti-dumping duty extension on Ceftriaxone Sodium Sterile pending review, maintaining import restrictions for a further year. The central government, invoking sub-sections (1) and (5) of section 9A of the Customs Tariff Act read with rule 23, amends the earlier notification to extend the operation of the anti-dumping duty on Ceftriaxone Sodium Sterile originating in or exported from the People's Republic of China, by providing that the notification shall remain in force up to and inclusive of 28th November, 2013 unless revoked earlier, pending completion of the review initiated under sub-section (5) of section 9A.
