This authority will oversee adjudication related to a Show Cause Notice issued to a company located near the Gujarat High Court in Ahmedabad. The notice, dated May 30, 2012, was issued by the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Ahmedabad. The appointed authority will have jurisdiction over customs officials in both Ahmedabad and the Air Cargo Complex in Mumbai to handle this matter.
