Delhi VAT Amendment Act, 2012 Effective June 18 as Notified by Lieutenant Governor of Delhi

The Delhi Value Added Tax (Second Amendment) Act, 2012, will come into effect on June 18, 2012, as appointed by the Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi. This notification was issued by the Finance (Revenue-1) Department of the Delhi Government, under the authority granted by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Act. The notification is documented under reference number F.3(6)/Fin.(Rev.-1)/2012-13/SSF/92 and was dated June 16, 2012.
