of <h1>New Customs Commissioner Appointed for Multiple Locations to Adjudicate Show Cause Notice Case Under DRI Investigation</h1> The Central Board of Excise and Customs has appointed the Commissioner of Customs (Export), Air Cargo, New Delhi, to also serve as the Commissioner of Customs in Kandla, Jamnagar, and New Delhi, including the Inland Container Depot at Tughlakabad. This appointment is for adjudicating matters related to a Show Cause Notice issued to a company, concerning a case initiated by the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence. This notification, effective from August 26, 2004, supersedes a previous notification from April 20, 2004, except for actions already completed under the previous mandate.
