of <h1>Customs Commissioner Appointment for Kandla, Jamnagar, and Tughlakabad to Adjudicate Show Cause Notice Matters</h1> The Central Board of Excise and Customs has appointed the Commissioner of Customs (Export), Air Cargo, New Delhi, to serve as the Commissioner of Customs for Kandla, Jamnagar, and the Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad, New Delhi. This appointment is for adjudicating matters related to a Show Cause Notice issued to a specified company. This notification, dated 26th August 2004, supersedes the previous Notification No. 53/2004-Cus. (N.T.) from 20th April 2004, except for actions already taken under the previous notification.
