of <h1>Phulbari Named Land Customs Station for India, Bhutan, Nepal Trade Under Customs Act, 1962</h1> Phulbari has been designated as a Land Customs Station for import and export activities under the Customs Act, 1962. This amendment to the existing notification allows nationals from Bhutan, Nepal, and India to conduct import or export operations via land routes to or from Bangladesh, using vehicles registered in Bhutan, Nepal, or India. This change is formalized by the Central Board of Excise and Customs through Notification No. 80/2004-Customs (NT), further amending the principal notification No. 63/94-CUSTOMS(NT) from November 21, 1994.
