This amendment modifies paragraph 2, sub-paragraph (3), clause (ii) by replacing 'section 11AB' with 'section 11AA' under the Central Excise Rules, 2002. This change pertains to the conditions, safeguards, and procedures for exporting goods under bond to Bhutan. The principal notification was previously amended by Notification No. 02/2011-Central Excise (N.T.) on February 18, 2011.
