        <h1>Amendment to Courier Imports and Exports Regulations adds Calicut to specified clearance locations, effective on publication.</h1> Amendment to the Courier Imports and Exports (Clearance) Regulations, 1998 substitutes the place name in regulation 2(2)(a) so that the specified clearance locations read 'Coimbatore, Calicut' instead of 'Coimbatore'. The change is made by Notification No.84/2011 under section 157 of the Customs Act, 1962 and comes into force on publication in the Official Gazette.
