Anti-dumping duty extension on CD R imports from specified Asian origins continues under statutory review and amendment. Following a designated authority continuation review and recommendation under the Customs Tariff Act and anti dumping rules, the Central Government amends Notification No. 78/2007 Customs to insert a new operative paragraph extending the continued operation of the notification on imports of Compact Discs Recordable from specified origins until a specified future date, unless revoked earlier.
