of <h1>Government Rescinds Anti-Dumping Duties Notification No. 141/1999-Customs Using Section 9A(2) of Customs Tariff Act 1975</h1> Notification No. 111/2004-Customs, dated 18th November 2004, issued by the Central Government under the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, rescinds Notification No. 141/1999-Customs, dated 30th December 1999. This action is taken in accordance with the powers granted by sub-section (2) of section 9A of the Customs Tariff Act and rule 13 of the Customs Tariff Rules, 1995, which pertain to anti-dumping duties. The rescinded notification was initially published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, under G.S.R.839(E). The Deputy Secretary to the Government of India, V. Sivasubramanian, authorized this notification.
